associated with the profession of Company Secretaries for more than 13 years, is presently practicing as a Company Secretary and is the Managing Partner of M/s. SRC & Co. Company Secretaries. He has rich experience in Corporate Laws Compliance & Management Services. He has thorough knowledge on the various corporate laws viz, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Foreign Exchange Laws, IPR Laws, etc. He heads the Secretarial Audit & related services, Due Diligence, ESOP design and implementation and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) practice divisions at SRC & Co His areas of specialization covers Secretarial Compliance & Audits, Legal Due Diligence, IPO & FPO of equity shares, Buyback of shares, Shifting of registered office from one state to another, FEMA Compliance, Mergers & Amalgamation, Demerger, Stock Exchange related compliance, compounding of offences under Company Law / FEMA and approvals from RD / CLB, FIPB etc., CS Rahul Khadriya also has expertise in drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as Share Purchase agreements, Stock Transfer Agreements, Investment agreements, Funding related documentation, license agreements etc. He is a problem solver and great in negotiations.

He is a regular speaker in CA, CS, CWA & various professional forums. He also serves the nation in the way of charity in villages, needy people & the society by self and other social organizations. His areas of specialization covers Merger & Amalgamations, Takeover, Audits, Oppression & Mismanagement, Due Diligence on RBI guidelines and Appearance before Regional Director/ Registrar of Companies/ Official Liquidator/RBI. He enjoys the challenge of taking complex issue and convey them in a simple way for a client's audience.

Mr. Atul Chauhan is an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) having experience of more than 12 years. He is also a Law Graduate from Lucknow University. His proficiency lie in the field of Corporate Law Advisory and Compliance Management, Due Diligence, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance Services, Corporate Restructuring, Drafting Opinions and advising clients on various corporate regulatory matters. He handles secretarial matters of our Lucknow, Office. He is dedicated professional with good, interpersonal skills.

CS Vandana Agarwal has an experience of over 15 years in the field of Corporate Law. She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce. She has distinguished exposure and experience in private equity, public offerings, preparation of business plans. She is well vulnerable in drafting of various legal documents, agreements, petitions and applications, and liaisoning/coordinating with various government agencies viz. Ministry of Company Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Company Law Board, Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, Ministry of Home Affairs, Official Liquidator, Regional Director and Trade Mark Authorities.
